Ask even casual fans what the greatest team of all time is and they'll likely say the 1927 New York Yankees, who rode Babe Ruth's then-record 60 home runs to 110 wins and the world championship. The names of Ruth, Gehrig and the rest of Murderer's Row are written in history, and the signatures of 10 of those legendary Yankees are written on this magnificent classic ball, which is a dark, toned Official NL Heydler with blue and red stitching. Ruth's signature, with quotation marks around Babe, is the standout, in black ink and in big bold lettering on the sweet spot, rating a strong 6. Others include Earle Combs, Bob Meusel, Mark Koenig, Joe Dugan, Bennie Bengough, George Pipgras. Some scattered speckling only adds to the historical nature of the ball, which comes with a PSA letter of certification.
