Casey Stengel was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1966, is an eight-time World Series champion and was named to the MLB’s All-Time Team. On the inside of the waistline adjacent to the button path is a “Wilson” size “40” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a grey felt strip tag with, “37-22-1964-1” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. There is blue piping on each side of the pants. These pants are properly tagged, were presented to us as manager-worn and in our opinion shows appropriate wear.
