In 1991, Frank Thomas earned one of his four Silver Slugger Awards by hitting .318 with 32 home runs and 109 RBI and finished third in American League MVP voting. A first ballot Hall of Famer, Thomas was inducted in 2014 and has his No. 35 retired by the Chicago White Sox franchise. On the front left tail is a “Rawlings” size “46” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. On this tag is PSA/DNA sticker, “U88707. Attached adjacent is a flag tag that reads, “SET 1 1991”. Across the chest reads, “Chicago”, the player number “35” appears on both the front and on the back and across the back reads the player name, “THOMAS”. All numbering and lettering are done in black on white tackle twill sewn directly onto the grey jersey. Thomas signed the right chest area in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. On the right sleeve is an embroidered patch that reads, “COMISKEY PARK INAUGURAL YEAR 1991 CHICAGO WHITE SOX” and below is “Rawlings” embroidered. On the left sleeve is the team’s logo patch embroidered in black and white stitching on grey tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
