A two-time World Series champion and one of the most prolific leadoff hitters in MLB history, Rickey Henderson was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009 on the first ballot. The 10-time All-Star won an American League MVP award, three Silver Slugger awards and led the AL in stolen bases 12 times. On the front left tail is a “RUSSELL ATHLETIC” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a size “44” tag that reads, “100% POLYESTER” and a faded strip tag with the year “2000” on it. Across the chest reads, “SEATTLE” in navy blue on northwest green on white triple tackle twill. The player number “35” appears on the back and across the back reads the player name, “HENDERSON”. These are done in navy blue on northwest green tackle twill on a grey nameplate. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered. On the left sleeve is the team’s, “SEATTLE MARINERS” logo disc patch embroidered and below is a Russell Athletic logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
