On September 17, 1984, Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson hit his 500th home run at Anaheim Stadium off Bud Black of the Kansas City Royals. Jackson would hit 563 home runs for his career. “Rawlings” manufactured OAL Bobby Brown baseball. Jackson signed on the sweet spot in pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. The inscription on an adjacent panel reads, “This is Game Ball from Sept 17 1984 Calif Angels VS K.C. Royals - 500 H.R. Game. - KC 10 Calif 1”. The baseball was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows strong signs of game-use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
