Names include Ernie Banks (2nd ball), Sam Jones, Gene Baker, Dee Fondy, Harry Chiti, etc. The White Sox balls are cream-colored and stamped "Chicago White Sox" on one sweet spot. One dates to 1964 when the team won 98 games and still finished in second place. The ball contains 28 signatures including manager Al Lopez (other SS), Hoyt Wilhelm, Gary Peters, Pete Ward, Jim Landis, Smoky Burgess, Ron Hansen, Juan Pizzaro, Tom McCraw, etc. Signatures rate 6s and 7s. The other ball is from 1967, a sixth-place finish, and has 29 signatures including manager Eddie Stanky (other SS), Wilhelm, McCraw, Hansen, Buford, Wilbur Wood, Mike Hershberger, etc. Signatures rate 7s and 8s.
