This OAL Cronin ball has a treasure trove of signatures, the most striking of which are a foursome of Yankee greats: Joe DiMaggio, Casey Stengel, Lefty Gomez and Red Ruffing. There are also 13 other Hall of Famers here including Zack Wheat, Luke Appling, Pie Traynor, Bill Terry, Heinie Manush, Edd J. Roush and Ray Shalk. All the signatures on the near-mint ball, which also includes Hall of Fame baseball writer Ken Smith, are in blue or black ink and rate 8s and 9s.
