A Super Bowl champion, Dorsey Levens is a member of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. On the front left tail is a Nike size “50” manufacturer’s tag. On the right inseam is a tag with washing instructions. The crotch piece is intact with two Velcro strips. On the inside below the rear collar is a strip tag with, “99-50” printed on it. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo embroidered. The player number “25” appears on the front, on the back and on each shoulder. Across the back reads the player name, “LEVENS” on a white nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in green tackle twill. Below the player number on each shoulder is a Nike logo embroidered. There is a repair on the back right shoulder and light hit marks on the back and left shoulder area. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
