Brett Favre wore these cleats during his last game as a member of the Green Bay Packers. Favre completed 19-of-35 passes for 236 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. In 2016, Favre was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and has his No. 4 retired by the Green Bay Packers franchise. White Nike manufactured cleats with green and black trim. On each side of each cleat is a black Nike logo. On the strap going across each cleat is a green Nike logo embroidered. On the tongue of each sneaker is a Nike logo and “AIR” embroidered in green stitching. On the heel of each cleat reads, “ZM AIR”. On the left-footed cleat, there is a hole on each side. Favre signed the toe area of each cleat in black pen with the added inscription, “Game Used” and in our opinion rates a 7 overall. These cleats are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used in the NFC Championship Game and in our opinion, show appropriate use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA, a Favre LOA and a photo of Favre signing the cleats.
