First ballot Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee John Elway and ranks towards the top for prolific passing quarterbacks in the league’s history. A two-time Super Bowl champion, Elway won a league MVP award, was named to the NFL 1990s All-Decade Team and has his No. 7 retired by the Denver Broncos franchise, the team he spent his entire 16-year career with and is still involved with today. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below are two flag tags that read, “44” and “GW” respectively. Adjacent is a white swatch with the year “94” embroidered on it. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” shield logo embroidered. On the left chest is a “75 NFL” patch embroidered. The player number “7” appears on the front, on the back and on each sleeve. Across the back reads the player name, “ELWAY” on an orange mesh nameplate. All numbering and lettering are done in white on blue tackle twill. Above the player number on each sleeve is a Wilson logo embroidered. Elway signed the back player number in black pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. On this player number is JSA sticker “P53499”. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
