On the front left tail is Nike size “52” manufacturer’s tag with a flag tag attached that reads, “LENGTH + 6”. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions and a Nike “2001-02” year tag. This jersey is a carryover. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “DETROIT” and the player number “1” appears on both the front and on the back. These are done in red on white tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BILLUPS” in white tackle twill sewn directly onto the blue mesh jersey. Billups signed the back player number in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
