In Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals against the Boston Celtics, Josh Smith had 13 points with six assists and 16 rebounds in a 87-86 victory. On the front left tail is an “adidas” manufacturer’s tag that reads, “CLIMACOOL” and “SIZE 2XL”. Adjacent from the “PLAYER ID” is the player number “5” written in black pen. Attached adjacent is a flag tag that reads, “LENGTH +2””. Adjacent is the official NBA swatch with serial number, “AHA01436”. On the left inseam is a size “2XL2” materials tag with washing instructions and a tag that reads, “07/11 P55126 AZB001”. Hanging off the inside rear collar is a size “2XL2” tag. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “HAWKS” in navy blue on red tackle twill with grey stitching. The player number “5” appears on both the front and the back in navy blue mesh with a navy blue-stitched outline on red tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “SMITH” in navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white mesh jersey. On the rear collar is the team’s hawks logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used in the NBA playoffs and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an NBA LOA.
