On the front left tail is an “adidas” manufacturer’s tag with four flag tags attached: “48”, “CLIMALITE”, “LENGTH +6” and “2009-2010”. Below is a “MeiGrayGroup” tag that reads, “NBA GameWorn 2009-2010 Season AM013286”. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “BLAZERS” and the player number “5” appears on both the front and on the back. These are done in white and red on black triple tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “FERNANDEZ” in white on black tackle twill sewn directly onto the red mesh jersey. Below is a “MeiGrayGroup” tag that reads, “NBA GameWorn 2008-2009 Season AM008787”. On the left chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. Above is a black armband with the player number “00” embroidered in white, black and red stitching for Kevin Duckworth. Across the chest reads, “PORTLAND” and the player number “4” appears on both the front and on the back. These are done in white and black on red triple tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “BAYLESS” in white on red tackle twill sewn directly onto the black mesh jersey. These jerseys are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use. Each jersey is accompanied by an NBA LOA. The NBA LOA for the Fernandez jersey states it was worn during the regular season as well as Round 1 of the NBA playoffs against the Phoenix Suns. According to the MeiGray game logs, the Bayless jersey was worn for 16 games during the season.
