On October 3, 1951, Bobby Thomson’s game-winning homerun off of Dodgers pitcher Ralph Branca, in the deciding third game, propelled the New York Giants to the National League Pennant. It was described by many as the “Shot Heard ‘Round the World”. The game was the first to be nationally televised and was watched by millions of Americans across the country. Lot of six 8” x 10” black and white photos depicting Thomson’s memorable home run. All six photos have been signed by both Bobby Thomson and Ralph Branca in the same blue marker, in our opinion the signatures rate a near perfect 10 overall. The photos are in MNT condition. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
