The player number "15" is written on the knob end and barrel end. Beltran signed the barrel in silver pen with the added inscription, "AL Rookie of the year 1999" and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This bat was presented to us as game-used and passed precertification from PSA/DNA. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
