Unknown manufacturer. On top of the club head reads, “Jerry” in yellow script. On the putter face is an encapsulated circle that reads, “MR. CLUTCH” on it. “Callaway GOLF” club cover. This club was presented to us as personally used by Jerry West. Accompanied by a copy of a Newport Sports Museum LOA.
