This 8" x 10" black and white photograph is of the 1919 New York Giants team at spring training camp in Florida. Legendary manager John McGraw and Hall-of-Fame great Christy Mathewson are in the top row. In the bottom row is "The Greatest Athlete" Jim Thorpe, whose major league career lasted six years before he went on to his Hall-of-Fame pro football career. There is a small blue ink mark near the center of the picture and a number of minor creases. The photograph is in very good condition.
