This felt pennant harking back to the 1930s was the kind that would have been found hanging on the wall in kids' bedrooms all over the country, and especially in hailing distance of Yankee Stadium. It portrays every kid's hero of the times, Babe Ruth, a #3 on his back and taking his famous home runs cut in front of a catcher, with both figures in white against a royal blue background. The words "New York Yankees" are spelled out in white as well across the pennant.
The 28" long pennant has a white border on the left edge that is slightly soiled. Overall signs of wear, however, are quite minimal.
