The 1983-84 University of North Carolina Tar Heels went a perfect 14-0 during conference play to win the conference crown. The “SPALDING” manufactured basketball has alternating Carolina blue and white panels. One panel reads, “CAROLINA BASKETBALL SCHOOL”. There are 17 signatures on the basketball done in black pen and in our opinion, rates a 7-9 overall with the Jordan being a 9. Signatures include: Michael Jordan, Dean smith, Brad Daugherty, Sam Perkins, Matt Doherty, Dave Popson, Kenny Smith, Steve Hale, Cecil Exum, Buzz Peterson, Timo Makkonen, Cliff Morris and others. The basketball is in EX condition and is accompanied by a full JSA LOA.
