Following a seven game World Series defeat to the Yankees, the Brooklyn Dodgers headed off to Japan for a goodwill tour. This item is a Pan American World Airways travel bag commemorating the historical trip and given to the team members. The 8 ½" x 14" x 5 ½" blue zippered bag has the Brooklyn Dodgers logo and "Tour to Japan 1956" printed on one side and the PAA logo, "Pan American World Airways" on the other side. It is in excellent condition.
