“Riddell” manufactured helmet. On the inside adjacent to the right ear hole are “2006”, “2007” and “2008” recertified stickers. There is two size “L” stickers and a Riddell “LARGE” sticker. There are two “SCHUTT” clips, both of which read, “01 4”. The back helmet pad reads, “PATRIOTS”. The player number “83” appears on the back, along with the official “NFL” shield logo, a “GU 63” black decal (for the late Gene Upshaw) and an American flag decal. A Patriots team logo is on each side of the helmet. On the left side above the team logo, Welker signed in black pen with the added inscription, “PB ‘09” and in our opinion rates a 7-8 overall. There is light scuffing on the helmet with the most prominent mark on the front. This helmet is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
