Philip Rivers and the San Diego Chargers were efficient in their November 29th win over the Kansas City Chiefs, completing 21-of-28 passes for 317 yards and two touchdowns. On the left inseam is a materials tag with washing instructions. On the inside below the rear collar is a strip tag with “09-50” printed on it. Adjacent is a swatch with “S” printed on it. On the v-neck is the official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield logo embroidered. On the left chest is a San Diego Chargers 50th anniversary patch embroidered. Below the v-neck reads, “CHARGERS” in white and gold-colored stitching. The player number “17” appears on the front, the back and on both shoulders. These are done in white, navy blue and gold-colored tackle twill. Across the back reads the player name, “RIVERS” in white tackle twill on a powder blue nameplate. Below the player number on each shoulder is the team’s lightning bolt logo and a Reebok logo embroidered. Inside on the front waistline is the player number “17” written in black pen. Adjacent is a swatch with “07” printed on it. On the inside middle cloth is a “Rbk” manufacturer’s tag with three flag tags attached. One is a materials tag with washing instructions, one is a size “38” tag and one reads, “SHORT”. On the right thigh area is a Reebok logo embroidered and on the left thigh area is the official “NFL EQUIPMENT” shield logo embroidered. On each side of the pants is the team’s lightning bolt logo. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows minimal use. Accompanied by a San Diego Chargers LOA. We have been unable to establish a conclusive photo-match from the game date provided on the LOA. It is possible that this shirt was worn for a short duration, worn / prepared as a backup or that the team simply misstated the inventory.
