Elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1993, Walter “Sweetness” Payton was a Super Bowl champion, was First-Team All-Pro seven times and was a two-time MVP. Payton was named to the NFL 75th Anniversary All-Time Team and has his No. 34 retired by the Chicago Bears franchise. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” size “42” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. The player number “34” appears on the front, on the back and on each sleeve and across the back reads the player name, “PAYTON” on a navy blue mesh nameplate. Below the player number on the left sleeve reads, “GSH”. All numbering and lettering is done in white vinyl lettering on orange paint. Payton signed the back player number “4” in black pen and in our opinion, rates an 8 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA and an additional LOA.
