Approximately 20” x 11” 1953 “J. Chein & Co.” manufactured “PLAYLAND WHIP” toy with rare original box. This amusement style ride features four dodge-em style cars that jiggle clockwise around the oval track while their driver’s spring mounted heads bob side to side. This toy was the first produced in the U.S. which automatically changed its own rate of speed. The toy is in EX to NM condition and not in working order. The original box features a picture of the toy and is in GOOD condition.
