On August June 3rd, 2007, Gary Sheffield hit career home run No. 468 against the Cleveland Indians. Manuf: Rawlings, Model Number: 170B, Length: 34.5 in., Weight: 34 oz., Wood: Ash with a black finish, Labeling Period: 2007, Condition: Uncracked with light to moderate use. Sheffield signed the barrel in silver pen with the added inscription, “Career Homerun #468 vs. Cleveland Indians 6/3/07 Pitcher Jeremy Sowers” and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. Adjacent is a “SHEFF AUTHENTICATED” hologram sticker. On the barrel end is the player number “3” and adjacent is PSA/DNA sticker, “!B12451”. There is something written on the knob in silver pen, but it is covered by a wrap. This bat was presented to us as game-used and the LOA from PSA/DNA grades it a GU 10. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
