On the front left tail is a “Wilson” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached below is a size “46” flag tag with washing instructions and a tag that reads, “TAPERED”. Below is a grey swatch with the year, “86” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. Across the chest reads, “BOSTON” and the player number “25” appears on the back. All numbering and lettering is done in navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the grey jersey. On the left sleeve is an embroidered patch that reads, “75TH FENWAY PARK ANNIVERSARY 1912 1987 BOSTON RED SOX”. This jersey was worn in 1986 and was carried over to 1987 when the anniversary patch was added. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
