On the front left tail is the Majestic manufacturer’s tag with an attached hanging flag tag that reads size “44”. Below is a strip tag that reads, “6 44 08” which represents the player number, the size, and the year respectively. On the left inseam is a “100% POLYESTER” tag with washing instructions. On the left sleeve is the Majestic logo embroidered in navy blue. Across the chest reads “BOSTON”. Across the back on a grey nameplate reads the player name “PESKY” and below is the player number “6”. All numbering and lettering is done in red on navy blue tackle twill. On the back collar is the “MLB” logo done in navy blue, white, and red. This jersey was presented to us as team-issued.
