"The Commerce Comet" played along side the incomparable Joe DiMaggio during his rookie season in 1951. Mantle replaced retired "Joe D" next season in centerfield and became the greatest power switch-hitter in ML history. This rare 2" button shows the black and white portrait of a young Mantle in his Yankee cap with "Mickey Mantle" printed across the top. The button is in excellent condition.
