A three-time World Series champion, Jesse “Pop” Haines was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1970. In 2014, he was inducted into the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum and ranks second in franchise history in shutouts. Stamped in gold-colored lettering on each boot reads, “JESSE JOSEPH HAINES - Pitcher - St. Louis “Cardinals” - Born July 22, 1893 - Height, 6 ft. - Weight, 180 lbs.” Stamped onto the bottom of each boot reads, “SUELA DE CUERO - MADE IN SPAIN - 38 - KOWALSKI”. There are also four “CATS PAW” stamps on the bottom of each boot. These boots were presented to us as presentation boots for Haines.
