On the front left tail is an Adidas manufacturer’s tag that reads, “CLIMALITE” and size “2XL”. There is a flag tag attached on the right that reads, “LENGTH +2””. The number “4” is written on the tag in black marker. Adjacent to the tag is a NBA Authentics tag with the serial number, “AHA00396”. On the upper left chest is the official "NBA" logo embroidered. Across the chest reads, “ATL” in white on navy blue tackle twill and the player number “5” in white mesh with a silver and navy blue tackle twill trim. On the back below the collar is an embroidered Atlanta Hawks logo patch. Below that reads the player name, “SMITH” in white tackle twill. Below the player name is the number “5” in white mesh with silver and navy blue tackle twill trim. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a MeiGray LOA.
