Rickey Henderson was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2009 on the first ballot. Perhaps the greatest leadoff hitter of all time, Henderson has the most steals, runs and lead-off home runs in MLB history. Henderson was a 10-time All-Star, two-time World Series champion and American League MVP. On the inside front left tail is the Rawlings manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag reading “SET 1 1991”. On the left sleeve is the A’s team “Elephant” logo patch and on the right sleeve is a “Rawlings” logo embroidered. Across the chest reads “Athletics”. Below and on the back is the player number “24”. These are done in green on yellow tackle twill. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “HENDERSON” done in green tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
