Orel Hershiser came up to the big leagues in 1983 for a cup of coffee, throwing just 8 innings. In 1984 he became a staple in the Dodgers rotation and finished third in the Rookie of the Year voting. In the rear collar is the Goodman & Sons manufacturer’s tag size “44” with washing instructions. On the left sleeve is the “LOS ANGELES DODGER STADIUM 1984 OLYMPIC BASEBALL” patch. Across the chest reads “Dodgers” in dodger twill. Below is the player number “55” in red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “HERSHISER” and below is the player number “55” both done in dodger twill on white tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use.
