On the bottom on the inside of the button path is a “MacGregor SET 2 1967” manufacturer’s tag. Below is a tag with washing instructions. On the inside below the rear collar is a “MacGregor” size “44” manufacturer’s tag. Across the chest reads, “Braves”. Player number “23” appears on the front and on the back. All numbering and lettering are done in the same red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the grey flannel jersey. It appears the “3” on back has had a number change. On the left sleeve is the Braves’ team logo patch. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an old auction listing from August 2004, when it was incorrectly sold as a Larry Maxie jersey and a note from the consignor mentioning his findings. Beautiful all original condition.
