On the front left tail of the home jersey is the Adidas manufacturer’s tag size “XL”. Attached is a flag tag reading “LENGTH +2””. Adjacent to the left is an “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag with serial number “PSE02151”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions and an Adidas tag that reads “06/15 S92065 AZB012”. On the inner rear collar is a tag reading “MADE IN THAILAND XL2” and a gold Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy tag reading “3x”. On the bottom front left tail is a blue strip tag reading “PHILA TOUGH”. On the upper right chest is a four-star patch in memory of former team legend's Darryl Dawkins, Moses Malone, Harvey Pollack and Dolph Schayes. Across the chest reads “PHILA” in blue tackle twill. Below and on the back is the player number “8” in blue mesh on blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “OKAFOR” in blue tackle twill. Above the player name is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. The road jersey is nearly identical however the colors are reversed. These jerseys are properly tagged, were presented to us as game-used and in our opinion show appropriate use.
