Bob Grim, who in 1954 had won Rookie of the Year honors with a 20-win season, went 6-1 with a 2.77 ERA as a starter and reliever during the Yankees' 1956 title year. This Hillerich and Bradsby bat was manufactured for the 1956 World Series. It is a 35", 33 1/4 oz. K55 model bat that shows light game use and is uncracked. There are several faded autographs that include Tommy Byrnes, Joe Collins, Bill Dickey, Tom Morgan, Elston Howard, Billy Hunter and Tom Sturdivant on the rear side of the barrel.
