In the rear neck is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “40” with an attached flag tag reading the year “2016”. Adjacent to the right is a Prova inventory patch with a unique serial code. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. There is Nike flywire on the v-neck and an official “NFL” shield logo. Across the front, back and on the shoulders is the player number “21” in blue tackle twill. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “ELLIOTT” also in blue tackle twill. Beneath the numbers on the shoulders is a blue Nike “Swoosh” logo. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as game-issued.
