Jabrill Peppers became just the sixth defensive player to finish in the Top-5 of Heisman Trophy voting in the 2016 season. Peppers was recognized for his versatility, contributing in all three phases of the game making electrifying plays on offense, defense and special teams. Peppers’ versatility led him to being awarded the Paul Hornung Award, awarded to the nation's most versatile college football player. On the front left tail is the Nike manufacturer’s tag size “40” with two attached flag tags reading “S” and “LENGTH +2”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. In the rear collar reads “THOSE WHO STAY WILL BE CHAMPIONS” embroidered in navy blue. On the upper left chest is a Jordan “Jumpman” logo in navy blue and white. On the upper right chest is the Big 10 “B1G” logo embroidered in navy blue and white. Above this is the “Capital One ORANGE BOWL” patch. Across the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “5”. Across the back on a white mesh nameplate is the player name “PEPPERS”. All numbering and lettering is done in navy blue tackle twill. There is a team repair on the right sleeve. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. This jersey has been photo-matched to Peppers on the sideline of the 2016 Orange Bowl and shows clear use from prior in the season. Additionally, this jersey has been photo-matched to a game on November 26th, 2016 against Ohio State University in which Peppers recorded his only career interception. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com confirming the match.
