Wally Walker was a two-time NBA champion and his first ring came in his rookie season of 1976-77 with the Portland Trail Blazers. Sewn in, tucked into and folded in half on the front left tail is the Medalist Sand-Knit “Designed & Tailored Exclusively For The PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS” tag. The jersey is sans the other Sand-Knit tag due to a custom hemm job the team provided Walker with. Vertically down the right side of the front of the jersey reads “blazers”. Adjacent to the left of this and on the back is the player number “42”. Across the back is the player name “WALKER”. All numbering and lettering is done in white on black tackle twill. In the rear waistband of the shorts is the Medalist Sand-Knit manufacturer’s tag size “35” with washing instructions. Adjacent to the right is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS” tag and adjacent to the left is a strip tag reading “36 1” LI 1” HR W. WALKER”. The Trail Blazers logo is on the left thigh and there is team piping down both legs. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use.
