In this lot, are game used bats from two of baseball's best hitters during the 1970s and 1980s. Garvey's Louisville Slugger has the labeling period from 1984-85. It is a 34", 34 1/4 oz. C263 model bat that shows great game use with a severe handle crack. Garvey's number "6" is on the knob and end of the barrel in black marker and there is an autograph on the barrel in blue marker that rates a 7. Baines' Rawlings bat has the labeling period from 1998. It is a 34 1/4", 32 oz. 644B model bat that shows nice game use and is uncracked. Baines' number "3" is on the knob in black marker and there is a small drill hole in the knob and end of barrel for mounting.
