Perhaps even more impressive than Hank Aaron's career home run record of 755 is the clockwork consistency he showed to reach that mark. Aaron averaged 33 homers a year, cranking out between 24 and 45 for 19 straight years. Aaron also drive in more than 100 runs 15 times, including a record 13 seasons in a row. Aaron's quiet, relaxed style belied the fire he could put in a bat such as the one offered here, with which Hammerin' Hank may have tattooed more than a few commissioners' signatures. This Adirondack bat has the labeling period from 1961-67. It is a 34 3/4", 32 oz. 63A model bat that shows nice game use and is uncracked. There is an orange stain on the rearside of the barrel. Aaron's number "44" is on the knob and end of barrel in black marker.
