On the front left tail is the Adidas manufacturer’s tag size “XL” with an attached is a flag tag reading “LENGTH +0””. Adjacent to the left is an “NBA AUTHENTICS” tag with serial number, “CB000241”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions and an Adidas flag tag that reads, “06/15 A97096 AZB012”. On the collar is a gold-colored tag with “6X” and an image of the Larry O’Brien trophy. Attached to the collar is a flag tag that reads “MADE IN THAILAND XL”. Across the chest reads “CHICAGO”. The player number “3” appears below and on the back. These are done in red on black on white triple tackle twill Across the back reads the player name, “WADE” in red on white tackle twill sewn directly into the black mesh jersey. Above the player name is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
