A long-ball-hitter with a rifle arm, Hall of Famer Eddie Matthews was the premier third baseman of his era and with Hank Aaron formed the one-two punch of the Milwaukee Braves 1957 championship team. With 512 home runs, he is tied with Ernie Banks for 13th place all-time, while his 486 homers as a third sacker was a record until broken by Mike Schmidt. This Hillerich and Bradsby bat has the labeling period from 1965-68. It is a 35", 33 1/4 oz. S2 model bat that shows nice game use and is uncracked. The numbers "41" and "34" are on the knob in black marker.
