The 1996 Dream Team II was just as successful as the previous and original Dream Team, and may very well have been just as talented. With an average margin victory of 31.8 points per game, the Americans captured another gold medal in 1996, while doing it in host city Atlanta. Offered in this lot is Scottie Pippen’s blue jersey worn during those olympics. On the front left tail is the Champion manufacturer’s tag size “48” with washing instructions. Adjacent to the left is the “DESIGNED & TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR: 1996 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES”. On the left inseam are two flag tags, one with body fabrics and the other reads “4” EXTRA BODY LENGTH”. On the upper right chest is a “Champion” logo. Beneath this the “USA BASKETBALL” logo is screen printed on in red and white. Across the chest reads “USA” screen printed in white and red. Below and on the back is the player number “8” in white on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “PIPPEN” screen printed in white. Pippen has signed the jersey on the front and in our opinion the signature rates an 8 however the autograph is difficult to see due to the contrast of the signature and the jersey both being dark. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA, a Scottie Pippen LOA and a LOA from Photo-Match.com confirming the match.
