This sterling silver championship trophy stands exactly 12 inches high. Engraved on the front reads “ONWENTSIA CLUB” and engraved on the back reads “WESTERN LAWN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP 1909 FIRST PRIZE MENS DOUBLES WON BY R.A. HOLDEN JR. AND H.T. EMERSON”. Engraved into the bottom of the trophy reads “STERLING 1363 6 PINTS 12 IN”. A near mint trophy that still presents beautifully with minor scratches and some era appropriate aging.
