On the left sleeve is the official “NFL” shield logo patch. On the left chest is the “ORIGINAL AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE TEAM SILVER ANNIVERSARY 1960-1984” large round patch. On the right chest reads “Sid Gillman” embroidered in yellow script style writing. This jacket is properly tagged and was presented to us as sideline worn. Accompanied by a Gillman family LOA.
