Spalding manufactured Babe Ruth “Home Run Special” baseball featuring a bold Babe Ruth autograph on the south panel. Other signatures include Lou Gehrig, Frank Crosetti, Joe McCarthy, Dizzy Dean, Charlie Gehringer and others. The signatures are done in black ink and in our opinion rate between 2-6 with the Ruth being exceptionally strong. The ball is in rough condition, has been shellacked and has a hole on the sweet spot from being previously mounted. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
