On the front left tail is the W.A. Goodman & Sons manufacturer’s tag. Adjacent below is a strip tag reading “Gibbon 46/4 1969” embroidered in black script style writing. Across the chest reads “SAN FRANCISCO” and across the back is the player number “28”. All numbering and lettering is done in black on orange tackle twill. Handwritten in black marker in the rear neck are two numbers reading “28” and “46”. There is a faint outline of where the 1969 "100th Anniversary" patch would have been on the left sleeve. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
