Rod Carew was inducted into the baseball Hall of Fame in 1991. Beneath the rear collar is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size “42” with washing instructions. On the front left tail is a strip tag reading “78 1” representing the year and the set number. On the left sleeve is a Twins team logo patch. Across the front reads “Twins” in script style writing. Adjacent below and on the back is the player number “29”. These are done in red on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name “CAREW” in red tackle twill. Carew signed on the front of the jersey in blue marker and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows light use with scraping on the identifiers. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
