Boston Red Sox Game-Used Flip-Up Sunglasses Attributed To Ted Williams

Ted Williams may be the most famous baseball player who have wore sunglasses during games. Williams might also have been the first to use flip-up shades. Offered here is a pair of flip-up sunglasses in great condition that Ted Williams wore. On the front of the frame above the nose pads is a piece of tape with Williams’ iconic number “9” handwritten on it. These sunglasses were presented to us as game-used and show use.
