One of the most effective base stealers of his era, Davey Lopes was a key player on a Los Angeles Dodger team that defeated the 1981 New York Yankees in the World Series. In the neck of the jersey is the "Goodman" label with the size "40". On the left front tail is the year tag, "1981". Next to this is a label reading "Set 3" in blue Swiss embroidered stitch. Across the front of the jersey is the name "Dodgers" in script style letters an don the back is the name "Lopes". The letters are made of blue on white tackle twill. The player number "15" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the shirt. The numbers on the front are made of red tackle twill and the numbers on the back are made of blue on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is a "Light Bulb" patch. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
